1. Introduction

By accessing or using Jehroea.com (the “Website”), purchasing products from the Earrings Collection, or engaging with our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Exchange Policy (incorporated herein by reference).

These Terms comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and other applicable Australian regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Website and Services immediately.

2. Eligibility to Use the Services

Product colors will match their digital images (due to screen variations);

Descriptions are error-free (e.g., typographical mistakes).

If a product is incorrectly priced, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order or pay the correct price. If we cannot contact you, the order will be canceled, and any payment refunded.

5. Orders and Payments

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, either party may submit the dispute to mediation or file a claim in the courts of New South Wales.
