- Stock Availability: If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours to offer alternatives, a backorder option, or a full refund at your discretion.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We partner with reputable logistics providers (including Australia Post, Sendle, and CouriersPlease) to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs and methods vary based on your location and order details:
(a) Australian Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Available to all Australian addresses.
- Cost: A$5.95 for orders under A$79; free for orders A$79 and above.
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for major cities (e.g., Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane); 5-10 business days for remote areas (e.g., regional WA, NT).

4. Delivery and Receipt

- Pay a re-shipping fee (equal to the original shipping cost) for redelivery; or
- Receive a refund of the order value (excluding original shipping costs) after deducting a A$10 restocking fee.
- Unclaimed packages not addressed within 30 days of notification will be deemed abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the logistics provider.
